Policies and Terms Of Sale
Returns:
We guarantee that each order will be accurately filled with the
highest quality merchandise. But sometimes the boots do not
fit right or
the color is not exactly what you thought it would be. Whatever
the problem may be, we will accept returns of unused items
within 30
Days for full refund or credit. Custom orders may not be returned
or exchanged.
Payment and Prices:
All internet transactions are processed via Visa, MasterCard,
or American Express. Discount prices on the internet are
not guaranteed
for customers with open terms of credit. All prices are subject
to change without notice.
Backorders:
All orders are processed as promptly as possible. If an item is
backordered, we will notify the customer immediately and hold payment
processing until the item is ready to be shipped.
Repairs:
We provide expert repairs for all tack and blankets. Just send in
the items for an estimate. Please provide your contact information,
payment information and indicate the damage on each item. For liability
reasons, we do not repair helmets. All blankets must be
cleaned first.
